Daniela/Daniala
The name ‘Daniela’ is a bit problematic. It is written in Arabic mostly like ‘Dan-ye-lla’ than ‘Dan-ya-lla’. The difference there is between ‘A’ and ‘E’ in English is not the same in Arabic, since the letters ‘yaa’ and ‘alif’ have a subtle difference in this case.
The way I wrote ‘Dan-ye-lla’ could, as well, be close to the pronunciation of ‘Dan-ya-lla’. So I am writing both versions for ‘Daniela’ and you to choose from.
The name ‘Daniela/Daniala’ is of Hebrew origin, meaning ‘the Lord is my judge’. However, one of its variants I found is ‘Danya’, which keeps the same meaning of ‘Daniela’. But ‘Danya’ is also an Arabic name, which means ‘close’ and ’soft’.
As for the sound of ‘Daniela’ , maybe ‘Dana’ can be a diminutive for it. In Arabic, ‘Dana’ means a ‘jewel’, ‘a big pearl’.
